What
is the health & fitness assessment?
We will
go through a pre-exercise questionnaire to determine your past
medical history. We will take a few simple measurements to see where
you are at prior to your 8 x week Fitcamp.
These measurements are strictly for a
post-camp comparison to measure your results. These numbers and all
other information will be held in the strictest confidence.
We will also record your weight and
measure your body fat percentage, muscle mass etc. Again, the
numbers don't matter. We just want to be able to measure your
improvement. Don't be surprised if you see a 3-8% reduction in your
body fat over the 8 weeks! We will answer any questions you have
about Infuse Fitcamps.
What
do I need to bring to Fitcamp?
A Positive attitude, comfortable workout clothing, runners, water bottle & enthusiasm!
What
not to bring to Fitcamp
No
whingeing or complaining! We do not tolerate whingers, everyone is
here to improve their health & fitness and work to the best of their
ability. If someone is feeling flat and complaining this effects
everyone in the group and only brings the rest of the team down.
Will
I be sore?
Most people feel some soreness for the
first 2-3 days DOMS(delayed onset muscle soreness). After that point, it is slight to moderate. It's
part of the process that lets you improve and get results!
I am
unfit can I still participate?
Certainly, we cater for all fitness levels and make sure everyone
feels comfortable. Any exercises can be modified to suit the
individual. You are there because of your health and fitness goals
no-one else's. Nobody will be left behind or asked to do more than
they are capable of doing safely.
What
kind of people go to Fitcamp?
People
just like you! Someone who wants to kick start their health &
fitness journey. We have all kinds of Fitcampers from business
professionals, elite athletes, new mums to grandparents and other
personal trainers. Fitcamp
participants range from 16 to 63 years of age.
Is
there a refund policy?
We can
only give you a credit towards another Fitcamp if you are unable to
attend due to circumstances beyond your control and accompanied with
a medical certificate.
Do I
need to do the same session times and days each week?
No, we
are flexible and you can attend any sessions you like each week. You need to book your sessions at least 4 hours
before the scheduled session
through our online booking system. If you are
unable to make it to your booked session this needs to be cancelled
and rescheduled at least 4 hours before the session, failure to do
so will result in that session being lost. If you book in to your
weekly sessions and your no-shows become consistent you will then be
placed on a restricted membership. If you do not book in
advance for a session and you turn up to that session you will be
turned away.
