INFUSE
Fast track

Each
Infuse session goes for 60 minutes and includes a warm up,
interval training, aerobic & anaerobic training, functional & resistance
training, cool down and stretching.

These sessions are designed to give

Boxing
for Fitness is a great cardio workout full of fun and variety for
anyone regardless of gender or boxing ability. Boxfit is open to all
ages and fitness levels. The many benefits of Boxing for Fitness
include: Weight loss, Stress Relief, Muscle tone, Strength &
Endurance, Increased co-ordination, Cardio vascular fitness and
Confidence. Our Motivational Trainers incorporate the basics of
boxing with pad work into a great cardio workout.
CROSSFIT

Functional training designed to
improve your everyday life. CrossFit is the principal strength and
conditioning program for many firefighters, police academies,
champion mixed martial artists and tactical operations teams,
military special operations units, and hundreds of other elite and
professional athletes worldwide. Our Certified Cross Fit Trainers
are trained in Cross Fits methodology, concepts and functional
movements thus providing you with quality and very effective
workouts. These sessions go for 45 minutes
FUNDAMENTALS
Improve your
skills!
These sessions are designed to give
you a step by step introduction to the '9 Fundamental Movements' of
CrossFit. We will assess and cover everything from correct form,
movement, flexibility and intensity in order to prepare you for
successful participation in our CrossFit sessions. Once we believe
you can perform each movement correctly and consistently we then
qualify you for our CrossFit sessions. The Fundamentals sessions are
compulsory for anyone who wants to join in on our CrossFit sessions.
All

MOBILITY
Improve your
Flexibility & Muscle Tension
Mobility sessions are designed to make you more
mobile & flexible thus improving your range of motion in exercise &
everyday life. Our Mobility sessions may include powerband
stretching, self massage with a ball, foam rollers & PNF stretching.
The aim of our Mobility sessions is to promote optimum health of the
soft tissues, decrease pain and restore normal Range Of Motion (ROM)
of joints.
