I came to my first session with some trepidation and left knackered but knew that I had chosen the right place. I felt instantly welcome; ‘these people’ did know what they were talking about.
I lost almost 6 kilos (16 kilos in total since I began exercising), over 10 cm off my stomach and over 10% of my body fat whilst adding more than 4 kilograms of muscle. All in a supportive environment where everyone looks after each other and there is loads of encouragement.

Wow, what can I say the Fit Camp and Pumpfit sessions are just the best,  they really get you  working and getting results, and best of all motivated, I have been working out for about 3 years now and that has been mostly in the gym, which is great, but it can get very boring and I have found myself falling off the wagon, so to speak. But with the Fit Camps and Pumpfit sessions, I find myself looking forward to each session. When I had to miss a few classes I was very annoyed, my body was looking for the exercise and  also the great company, it is far more enjoyable exercising with others, than by yourself in a gym, and we encourage each other, there is no competition (well sometimes in the team events), just great fun and I know that sounds strange when talking about a Fit Camp but even though you work your butt off, you still enjoy it and when you through in the fun things like dodge ball, that makes it even better, everyone wants to continue and I know that I have really found the very best way to get fit and healthy and stay that way and enjoy it too. I am starting to see the difference after only two weeks, I just can't wait to see the changes at the end of the 8 weeks. Look out World here I come.
